Fermentation style: Linear boxes made of Tabuleia Rosea wood.
Fermentation days: 7 (Seven).
Drying: Cement patios with mesh nets.
Sorting: Mechanical complemented with hand sorting.
Flavor profile: roasted pecan, dark chocolate, fruit (red fruit, plums, citrus), molasses.
